Sue Postlethwait
Sue is a seasoned paralegal with 17 years of experience, including 15 dedicated years in Family Law. Her career also includes two years with the City of Albuquerque’s Legal Department, where she supported DWI-related matters and cross-worked at the Metropolitan Courthouse for traffic arraignments, further strengthening her legal skill set.
Sue earned her Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Northwestern Technical College in Georgia in 2007 and received her Paralegal Diploma in 2008.
Sue has been married to her husband, Kirby—a retired Marine and her high-school sweetheart—for 35 years. Together they’ve raised three kids, have seven grandchildren, and built a life full of love, laughter, and a little bit of chaos (the good kind).
Outside the office, Sue enjoys sewing, a craft passed down from her mother. She also enjoys traveling with Kirby, especially if it includes a beach; spending quality time with their family; and hiking with their 3 huskies.

Hanna Bauer
Hanna has worked as a Legal Assistant in Family Law since 2025, where she plays an essential role in supporting both clients and the legal team. Known for her organization, reliability, and calm demeanor, Hanna helps ensure cases move forward smoothly while clients feel guided every step of the way.
She understands that family law matters can be deeply personal and emotionally challenging. Hanna takes pride in being approachable and compassionate, working closely with clients so they feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely supported throughout the process. Her attention to detail and commitment to client care make her a steady and reassuring presence during difficult times.
Outside the office, Hanna enjoys baking sweet treats, staying active through swimming and sports, traveling to new places, and relaxing at home with her cats.
